Adamu Garba Takes Legal Action Against Twitter CEO for Supporting #ENDSARS Protest, Seeks $1Bn Compensation

Adamu Garba II, the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of IPI Solutions Nigeria Limited and also a former presidential aspirant under the All Progressives Congress, APC, has taken legal action against Jack Dorsey, Twitter CEO on Tuesday.

Adamu Garba stated he is seeking a fine of $1Bn dollars in favour of Federal Republic of Nigeria, as a compensation for lost of lives, properties & convenience as a result of Jack’s active support for funding of #EndSARS after the issues is been attended to by the Government

He added that the Twitter CEO, under a clear mark of gross abuse of privilege, used his platform to instigate a protest that have now turned into breakdown of law and order in Nigeria.

Garba demands that the Twitter CEO must publish public apology to the Nigerian government and people for violating their sovereignty to peace & security.
