PSG Players Celebrates stoppage time goals in UCL

France Ligue 1 champions, PSG, have qualified for their first Champions League semi finals in 25 years, thanks to a stunning double stoppage time goals to halt Atalanta’s brilliant run in the UCL.

PSG were minutes from elimination, while Atalanta were minutes from a Champions League semi final after Pasalic had given them an edge in the 27th minute before Marquinhos’ 90th min equalizer and Choupo-Moting completing the comeback 3 mins after.

Atalanta, who missed the service of their key player, Josip Iličić, due to depression after he reportedly caught wife cheating on him, were believed to have nonetheless had a great run so far having made it to the quarter finals in what was their first ever participation in the European competition.

The comeback was Paris’s first UEFA Champions League win against an Italian club in their seventh match having drawn 4 and lost 2. PSG will be facing either of  Leipzig or Atlético Madrid in the semi final round of the UCL.
